3-Part surface-mount doorhinge A300 for aluminium doors with a maximum weight of 160 kg.
Due to the direct screw fixing, no screw-anchors, dstance-bushes or mounting plates are required.
Hinge parts are made of extruded aluminium profiles, therefore much stronger than die-cast aluminium hinges that are regularly offered by competing brands.
The large distance (28mm.) between the fixing bolts and the dowel pins in each hinge-part, make it almost impossible for the hinge to sag.
Adjustable in 3 directions:
Horizontal +3 / -3 mm. | Vertical +4 / -1 mm. | Gasket pressure -1,5 / +1 mm.
The horizontal adjustment is located in the foot of the hinge so that
the knot of the hinge remains in one straight line, even after
adjustment.
Standard available with drilling distance 63 / 78 / 84 and 99 mm. (= distance from frame to sash fixing holes)
Comes standard with 60mm. Stainless steel fixing bolts for direct fixing.
