2-Part surface-mount doorhinge A300 for aluminium doors with a maximum weight of 120 kg.
Due to the direct screw fixing, no screw-anchors, dstance-bushes or mounting plates are required.
Hinge parts are made of extruded aluminium profiles, therefore much stronger than die-cast aluminium hinges that are regularly offered by competing brands.
The large distance (28mm.) between the fixing bolts and the dowel pins in each hinge-part, make it almost impossible for the hinge to sag.
Adjustable in 3 directions:
Horizontal +3 / -3 mm. | Vertical +4 / -1 mm. | Gasket pressure -1,5 / 1 mm.
Standard available with drilling distance 63 / 78 / 84 and 99 mm. (= distance from frame to sash fixing holes)
Comes standard with 60mm. Stainless steel fixing bolts for direct fixing.
