FITTING-DRIVE ZVK-LOCK

The fitting drive ZVK-LOCK is an electromechanical drive that can be used to automatically lock and unlock the mechanical fitting in windows. It is available as a surface-mount and built-in version. Ideal if windows have multiple (mechanical) locking cams for extra security and/or for extra pressure on the sash for better wind- and watertightness.
Can be combined with any elektromechanical actuator that provides an F-contact or a potential-free contact in the CLOSED position.

The stroke can be set to 18 or 36mm. by DIP-switches.

The ZVK-Lock is equipped with a built-in sequence controller:
When the sash gets a signal to open automatically, the ZVK-LOCK will first unlock the mechanical fitting (takes max. and 7.5 seconds with a stroke of 36mm), then the connected actuator will open the sash.
When the sash is closed automatically, a signal will be sent from the actuator to the ZVK-LOCK so that it will close the mechanical fitting again.
One or more electromechanical drives can be connected to the ZVK-LOCK (max. 6A) for opening and closing the sash.

Attention:
The ZVK-LOCK is available as a SURFACE-MOUNT and a BUILT-IN version. The difference is in the coupling bracket.

A "fork" as coupling bracket is supplied with the SURFACE-MOUNT version, which drives the mechanical fitting by means of a sliding movement. In this case, the sash must be provided with a slot in which the bracket can slide. The ZVK-LOCK cannot be used to operate fittings that are operated with a square spindle.
