Payment infomation

When placing an order in our webshop, you can choose one of the following payment methods:

1. E-pay payment

If you choose one of the E-pay payment methods, you will be automatically directed to the appropriate payment site of your bank. We support E-payments via Ideal, Bunq, Belfius, Bancontact, Sofortbanking, Giropay and Paypal. (The country where your billing address is located determines which payment methods are activated).

Your order will be processed only if you complete the entire payment process.
After completing your order and payment, you will receive an order confirmation with delivery time and the invoice.

All on-line payments in our webshop are handled by the secured payment provider Buckaroo.
We accept E-pay payments via: Ideal, Bunq, Belfius, KBC, Bancontact, Sofortbanking, Giropay, EPS en Paypal.
The country of your billing address and the invoice amount determine which payment options are activated for you.

2. Bank transfer

If you choose the option "Bank-transfer" we will, after checking your order, sent you an order confirmation and proforma invoice.
On this proforma invoice you can find all the information you need to complete the payment to us.
Your order will be processed only after we received the complete amount invoiced.
After we have received your payment, we will sent you the original invoice by email and ship the goods asap.

3. Buy on account (only for companies with an approval of our credit company)

Your order will be processed asap. You will receive an order confirmation with and (estimated) delivery time by email.
The invoice will be sent on the same day as we sent the goods. On the invoice you can find the terms of payment.
